The Earth Gratitude Challenge offers a welcoming response: an invitation to reconnect with the Earth through gratitude, connection, and simple, meaningful action. Join us for this community-led, solutions-oriented, global get together! Click to register now. The Earth Gratitude Challenge brings together voices from around the world to share accessible ideas and everyday practices that support both personal well-being and environmental care. Grounded in gratitude rather than guilt, the Challenge encourages a sense of connection that naturally leads to more sustainable choices. Earth Gratitude is a global initiative that invites people to care for the planet through gratitude, connection, and everyday action. By sharing hopeful stories and practical ideas, Earth Gratitude offers a refreshing alternative to fear-based environmental messaging, reminding us that when people feel connected to the Earth, care and responsibility follow more naturally. Earth Gratitude was co-created by author and sustainability advocate Natalie Pace, who serves as the project's Executive Director. Under her leadership, the initiative has grown into a global storytelling and education platform that highlights the power of collective action and the role gratitude plays in creating lasting change for people and the planet. The Earth Gratitude initiative includes a free, five-part docuseries, short films, and downloadable eBooks featuring worldwide leaders, artists, educators, conservationists, and organizations who are transforming their communities. Together, they explore themes such as everyday sustainability, food and health, eco-conscious kids, animals and conservation, and gratitude as a catalyst for personal and planetary well-being. As part of the Earth Gratitude Challenge, participants are invited to explore small, doable shifts—at home, at school, and in their communities—that support healthier lives while honoring the Earth that sustains us all. Earth Gratitude is proud to partner with Waterside Productions, led by Gayle Gladstone, CEO and co-founder, whose work has long focused on amplifying transformational ideas and voices that inspire positive change. The initiative is also supported by LaunchMoxie, led by Christopher Van Buren, whose technical expertise and digital infrastructure help ensure Earth Gratitude’s resources and messages are accessible to people around the world. The project also benefits from Imal Wagner's comprehensive PR and marketing services. Together, these partnerships ensure that Earth Gratitude’s mission to share inspiring, accessible content that fosters connection, compassion, and collective action reaches an ever-expanding audience. In celebration of Earth Day, The Power of 8 Billion: It’s Up to Us, a bestselling book by Natalie Pace that reflects the Earth Gratitude philosophy of collective impact, will be available as a free eBook on Amazon on April 22. The Power of 8 Billion offers ways to live a rich and green life, and save thousands of dollars annually in the process. Natalie Pace and members of the Earth Gratitude team are available for interviews and conversations around gratitude-based sustainability, regenerative food systems, raising eco-conscious kids, conservation, and how individual actions—when shared—can create meaningful global change. Global Peace Celebration. A Worldwide Wave of Earth Gratitude – March 28 21-Day Earth Gratitude Challenge. Join Now! For more than a decade, Earth Hour has invited humanity to do something – anything – for our planet for one hour. This year, we pause for something even deeper. On March 28 at 8:30 PM in your own time zone, people across the globe will unite in a synchronized Global Peace Celebration — a rolling wave of intention, gratitude, and love encircling the Earth. When we celebrate together, we create impact. Together, the impact will be amplified, and we will all be fired up and inspired. Imagine a rolling wave of peace and Earth Gratitude, creating greater harmony with Mother Nature, that ripples around the world. How to Participate On Saturday night, March 28, at 8:30 PM in your local time zone, wherever you are: • Film and document your peace celebration (even just a few minutes), ideally in a net zero environment that honors Mother Nature • Tag Earth Gratitude as a collaborator on Instagram and Facebook (click to link to the social media pages) with your special peace celebration. We will be sharing celebrations as Earth Hour happens around the world. We’ll also boost some of the posts with our partners at Unify, with an expected reach of a minimum of 3 million (Unify’s following on Facebook), and the possibility to reach tens of millions (as we did with the 2022 Earth Gratitude celebration). • Register for the 21-Day Earth Gratitude Challenge at EarthGratitude.org or by emailing [email protected]. Ideas for the Global Peace Celebration • Host a bike party • Meditate or pray by candlelight or under the almost full moon, surrounded by friends, family and your personal brain trust • Gather in nature with your community, dancing, feasting or playing • Feast and celebrate by LED candles • Sit quietly and breathe • Step outside and feel the Earth beneath your feet Imagine a world choosing peace and sustainability, deliberately.
